Free Menstrual Products on UBC Vancouver Campus

Free Periods Canada has collaborated with UBC Custodial Services to promote intersectional menstrual equity and ensure access to products and information for all menstruators. Since 2019, Building Operations has installed around 300 menstrual product dispensers in washrooms across UBC campus, with more added by the end of 2020. Free Periods Canada has been actively engaged with UBC since 2016 to eliminate menstrual stigma and improve access to menstrual supplies.
