This competition invites high school and post-secondary students from all backgrounds to develop creative, community-informed solutions to some of the most urgent menstrual equity challenges facing people in Canada.

Participate in interactive learning sessions hosted by Free Periods Canada to deepen your understanding of menstrual equity.

Work in teams of 2-5 to identify an area of menstrual equity where menstrual health awareness and access are limited, and develop a creative solution to address the challenge.

Design and submit a proposal that clearly communicates your idea, its impact, and how it could improve menstrual equity in your community.

The top five teams will be invited to present their ideas to a panel of judges. Each team will also receive support and guidance from a mentor as they prepare for their final presentation.
Registration is free and open to all students across Canada. Assemble a team of 2-5 students and sign up to secure your spot.
