Chloe Duguay
Chloe is eager to connect diverse groups to the work of FPC in hopes of creating more equitable spaces.
Chloé is a proud Maritimer, who graduated from Mount Allison University, with a BA Honours in International Relations in spring of 2025. This coming fall, she will be pursuing her masters in Environmental Development at the London School of Economics. Her academic journey is driven by a deep interest in the intersection of climate security and international cooperation, and a commitment to understanding global challenges through hands-on experience. Eager to broaden her perspective, she has studied and worked abroad to engage directly with the international institutions she once explored through textbooks. A passionate advocate for youth empowerment and education, Chloé dedicates much of her time through her different affiliations to equip and engage young people to take on complex global and domestic issues. She excited to be able to work with the Free Periods team, helping connect the organization to partners who share similar ambitions of making spaces more equitable for all.
